Return Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

You may return Boxes or Bundles for a Full credit.

Please specify if you’ll be wanting a credit or replacement.

No more than 3 cigars must have been smoked and cigars must be returned in a sellable condition: no cut, or partially smoked cigars.

Your refund will be processed once we receive the returns at our location. Refunds will be shown on your credit card or bank statements within 3-5 business days
